Mr. Fox’s drywall ceiling in his kitchen was in bad shape, and he asked us to remove it for him and install new gypsum boards in its place.
After some bad weather and a leak in the roof, Mr. Fox’s drywall ceiling had suffered some moisture damage. Parts of the old gypsum boards were damp and falling apart. Our contractors quickly assessed the extent of the damage and cut out all the badly-damaged gypsum board. After removing the drywall ceiling panels we begin fitting the ceiling with new ones. We allowed time for the ceiling to dry out and cleaned up any dirt or visible moisture. After this, our contractors cut new drywall sheets to fit the ceiling and installed them quickly. The final touch was a layer of plaster, and Mr. Fox’s ceiling looked as good as new.
